We are excited to welcome Trevor Noah to campus for an evening of comedy and conversation!

Trevor Noah is the host of the Emmy® and Peabody® Award-winning The Daily Show on Comedy Central. This past year, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah received three 2018 Primetime Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Variety Talk Series, Outstanding Interactive Program and Outstanding Short Form Variety Series, as well as a Writers Guild Award nomination for Comedy/Variety Talk Series. With Trevor, The Daily Show won a GLAAD award for Outstanding Talk Show Episode and has received NAACP Image Award nominations for Outstanding Talk Series and Outstanding Host in a Talk or News/Information Show. Trevor also won Best Host at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards and received a 2017 Creative Arts Emmy Award for Outstanding Short Form Variety Series for his hosting role on The Daily Show - Between the Scenes. Trevor originally joined The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in 2014 as a contributor.

Trevor has written, produced and starred in eight comedy specials, including Afraid of the Dark on Netflix. Trevor’s latest stand-up special, Trevor Noah: Son of Patricia, premiered November 20 on Netflix. Son of Patricia touches on racism, immigration, camping and more. In 2016, Trevor debuted his one-hour stand-up special Trevor Noah: Lost in Translation on Comedy Central. Trevor’s success has also spanned to sold-out shows across five continents. Trevor is currently on his first-ever arena tour across North America with Loud & Clear.

In November 2016, Trevor released his first book, Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood, and it became an instant New York Times best seller. The book received the Thurber Prize for American Humor and two NAACP Image Awards – one for Outstanding Literary Work by a Debut Author and another for Outstanding Literary Work in the Biography/Autobiography category. Additionally, the Born a Crime audiobook was Audible’s highest-rated audiobook of 2016 and has remained one of the top-selling titles on Audible since its release.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Doors open at 7:00pm, show begins promptly with Trevor Noah at 8:00pm
  • No re-entry
  • No photography or video recording of any kind
  • No bags larger than 16"x16"x8” will be permitted
  • All Bags will be checked upon entry
  • No weapons or blunt objects of any kind will be permitted
  • No outside food or drink permitted
  • Staff reserve the right to remove guests at any time for failure to comply with these and venue rules
